Large Insect

This was an exercise in ‘vectorising’ and colouring a loose sketch. The initial rough sketch was scanned in and a simple maquette was built in Blender to give me some lighting cues. I then built the image in Inkscape using the line-work from the sketch and colour from the maquette.
